My Story
The New Address began with a move that was meant to last two years.
I relocated to the United States expecting a short chapter. Two years became twenty, and I built a successful residential property business in Colorado — learning the craft from the ground up and developing the service standards, systems and market judgement that matter when the stakes are high.
Now it has come full circle. Through 'The New Address', I help clients moving from the US to the UK and moving from the UK to the US buy and sell homes with clarity and control. For many people relocating, the process can feel unfamiliar — different terminology, different timelines, and different points where deals can wobble. My approach is practical and evidence-led: clear decision-making, controlled risk and disciplined negotiation, with momentum where it matters and due diligence where it counts.
